The sleek, modern design of the hotel set a professional tone while the friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in process. The meeting facilities, featuring six versatile rooms, accommodated our needs conveniently. With complimentary wired Internet access and a 24-hour business center, I was able to work effectively between sessions. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations, offering a menu that felt more curated than typical hotel dining. While I appreciated the comfortable bed and well-equipped room amenities, including a microwave and mini-fridge, the absence of a kettle for tea was a downside. An unfortunate incident with a false fire alarm disrupted our night, but the timely response from the fire brigade reassured us. The hotel's clean environment, business amenities, and prime location near shopping make it a strong recommendation for any business traveler visiting the U.S.
